  1. nventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
    • Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses.
  2. Administrative Tasks:

    • Handle paperwork related to incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices.
    • Maintain electronic and physical records of inventory transactions.

    • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external partners regarding inventory status and shipments.
