Manufacturing and Process Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems at our state-of-the-art facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Conduct time studies and establish standard operating procedures
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures
Requirements
- BSEE / BSME or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5+ years of production engineering or related experience
- Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve moderately complex technical problems
- Ability to work independently and be effective in a fast paced environment
Preferred:
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with ISO / IATF standards
- Experience in AUTOCAD, Visio, Project etc
$90,000 - $105,000 DOE
