A Manufacturing Company is seeking an Estimator for a plant in South Shore, MA! This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits package offered immediately!
- Responsible for a variety of duties to include:
- Managing the CRM software data entry
- Managing the estimating department email account and bid invites
- Assisting with production of bid/sales collateral
- Documentation and proposals
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Plumbing/Piping industry preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to pass preemployment drug and background screenings
- Software experience necessary: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent professional written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
- Self-motivated
- Conflict resolution skills
