Seeking a motivated and experienced Test Supervisor for a great opportunity for a full time, 1st shift opportunity with a Manufacturing Company in South Shore, MA!

This position is full time, Monday - Friday working 7:00am-4:30pm! This position pays 40+/HR depending on experience.

  • Ensure safety is priority for team members on the production floor
  • Drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality and increase productivity
  • Adhere to production schedule to meet deadlines and on time delivery
  • Assist team in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
  • Ensure all test documents are scanned into system in a timely manner
  • Work closely with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence
  • Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing process
  • Drive continuous improvement projects on shop floor
  • Plan, develop, and lead all aspects of on the job training for all team members
  • Manage employee performance
  • Manage all time and attendance tracking and reporting
  • Ability to test electrical panels using proper power tools and hardware
  • Use of hand tools such as soldering irons and grinding tools
  • Adhere to safety procedures as outlined by company policies


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment in a supervisory or testing position required
  • Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP
  • 5S/Lean manufacturing and Planning Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field 
  • Ability to pass preemployment drug and background screenings
  • Demonstrate good electronics troubleshooting techniques and make repairs
  • Manually operate test equipment and analyze test data
  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, bills of materials and work instructions
