1st Shift 7:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate plastic injection molding machine, both automatic and semi-automatic.
- Perform visual inspection of all parts to ensure meets product standards.
- Complete all information required on the shift tickets.
- Ensure all machines are operating efficiently and correctly
- Work with operators and other techs to ensure smooth production flows
Requirements:
- Strong set up experience with Injection Mold Machinery
- Candidate must understand blue prints, do dimensional checks with calipers, verniers, pin gages, tensile testing.
- Must have at least 2+ years experience operating injection mold machinery in a fast paced manufacturing environment
