1st Shift Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm.
Die Cast technician will be responsible for the operation,, set up and maintenance of die casting machines and associated equipment to produce high-quality metal parts. Duties include:
- set up of die cast machines by loading molds, adjusting settings for temperature, pressure and injection speed to meet product specifications
- start and operate machines to cast metal parts, monitoring the process for consistency and quality
- 2-3 years experience working with die casting machines and related equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and machinery operation procedures
