As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical and mechanical components, ensuring that all assemblies meet quality standards. You will work with a variety of electrical systems, wiring, and mechanical components to assemble complex systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical assembly, be comfortable reading technical schematics, and be able to work efficiently to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing equipment to perform tasks related to electrical and mechanical assembly.
  • Install wiring, connectors, and electrical components into assembled systems.
  • Perform wiring connections and route cables in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
  • Inspect and test electrical and mechanical assemblies for quality and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and mechanical issues as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards during assembly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Document all work completed, including assembly and testing results.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or training in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus).
  • Previous experience in electrical and mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
