General facility/property maintenance, landscaping activities, snow removal, minor plumbing, light carpentry, furniture moving, painting and other miscellaneous duties as required.
Qualifications:
3+ years prior experience in general facility maintenance
A working knowledge of hand and power tools is required.
Must be able to read, write and follow directions as well as work with minimal supervision.
2nd class fireman’s license a plus
Must be available to work some weekends, off-hours and holidays
