Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC laser cutting machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders
- Ensure precision and accuracy in the cutting process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator, including setup experience
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with safety standards and operating procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve machine-related issues independently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with various types of CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., CO2, Fiber)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (ISO, etc.)
