Program, set-up and run various CNC Swiss machine tools such as Citizen and Tsugami.

Ensure all components produced meet specifications by using appropriate measuring equipment such as (Micrometers, Vernier, Height Gauges , Bore Gauges and etc).

Must be able to select suitable tools and cutters.

Read process sheets, blueprints and sketches of parts to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up and operating requirements.

Inserts programs utilizing DNC system to load programs into control unit.

Observes numerical displays on control panel and compares with data on process sheet to verify dimensional adjustments, feed rates, and speeds of machining cuts.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others is a must.
