We are currently seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Technician who has experience with warehouse operations and retail counter sales.
The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing inventory while also assisting with retail counter sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable interacting with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems
- Assist customers at the retail counter, providing product information and support
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment (receiving, inventory control, shipping, etc.)
- Retail counter sales experience preferred
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
