•Monitoring and maintaining machinery
•Setting up manufacturing equipment
•Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment
•Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work occasional overtime shifts
- Ability to work with specified deadlines related to the department.
- Ability to communicate clearly and distinctly (oral or written) with peers and supervisors.
- Ability to complete all required safety and training courses
