This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company protocols while promoting products and services
Field, organize, track, and respond to all customer service-related phone calls and emails
Resolve orders, pricing, receipt issues, and general inquiries for merchandise
Monitor, track, and enter data for companywide employee programs
Handle 60+ incoming calls and emails daily
Organize and track source-control data and purchase orders for vendors supplying products
Respond to business-to-business calls and email queries from vendors
Provide technical assistance and issue resolution on firearms and products
Maintain a clean, professional atmosphere and appearance
- High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous customer service experience within an office and/or firearms retail environment highly preferred
