Contract Manufacturer is looking for Press Brake Operators. This is a contract to hire opportunity working full time, Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. This position is paying $25/HR+ for a candidate eager to grow with a company long term.
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate a hydraulic press or punch for routine established work within a sheet metal machine shop manufacturing environment
- Has the skills required to setup a press brake
- Has the skills to consistently form parts to close tolerances
- Capable of performing self-inspection
- Fully Literate in blueprint reading
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience setting up and operating press brake machines
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Amada press brake experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read schematics/ engineering drawings
- Must meet all ITAR Background requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
