Job Summary:
The Thermoforming Operator is responsible for monitoring the thermoforming process while producing a variety of product mixes as per order specifications. The role includes ensuring smooth machine operations, making necessary process adjustments, and reporting any machinery inconsistencies to the Supervisor, Shift Lead, and/or Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Manufacturing experience, particularly in thermoforming, preferred.
- Proficiency in using measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and scales to assess product quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like lifting and carrying materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
