Job Title: Stockroom Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Kit materials per Company/Customer specifications and procedures.
- Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements.
- Verify part numbers in kits and load list programs.
- Enter inventory transactions into ERP system and manage SMT setup/teardown.
- Utilize hand tools and digital voltage multi-meter (DVM) to handle components and document values.
- Count components using reel counters and support kit picking/return processes.
- Read and follow work instructions; produce inventory labels and load list part placements.
- Support the production floor with requisitions, shortages, and service order requests.
- Ensure proper documentation for inventory transactions and cycle counts
- Participate in cycle count activities and inventory accuracy projects.
- Identify and resolve inventory issues, seeking supervisor assistance when necessary.
- Comply with ISO standards for quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Ability to read and interpret kit sheets, load lists, work instructions, inventory transaction documents, cycle count forms.
Utilize Company computer systems to enter transactions.
Pass IPC-A-610 Module 1.
