Our Client is looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring equipment uptime is maximized and downtime is minimized.
• Oversee facility upkeep, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Manage inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring availability and efficient use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to plant equipment and machinery.
• Lead and train maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while promoting professional development.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Proven experience leading and supervising maintenance teams in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical diagrams.
