- As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating SMT machines, which includes loading stencils into screen printers, programming SMT equipment, and adjusting feeders
- You will also set up reflow ovens and replenish feeders as necessary
- A key part of your role will involve reviewing assembled boards after placement and reflow, and providing feedback on defects to engineering or senior technicians for corrective action
- This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions, as well as effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Set up screen printer and load appropriate stencil
- Load appropriate program into SMT equipment and load and adjust feeders
- Set up reflow oven
- Replenish feeders as required
