Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using drawings, diagrams, technical manuals, schematics, and verbal/written instructions.
  • Use hand tools and meters for maintenance tasks.
  • Calibrate production equipment and maintain records of calibration and preventative maintenance (PM).
  • Revise PM and calibration specs to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex equipment issues and document actions.
  • Develop and write PM and calibration procedures.
  • Implement equipment modifications to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Support the integration of new equipment with Engineering and Facilities.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams as needed.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and other work environment standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


 

  • ASEE Degree in Electronics/Electro or equivalent experience.
  • Prior equipment support experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, meters, and Microsoft Office software.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
