Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using drawings, diagrams, technical manuals, schematics, and verbal/written instructions.
- Use hand tools and meters for maintenance tasks.
- Calibrate production equipment and maintain records of calibration and preventative maintenance (PM).
- Revise PM and calibration specs to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex equipment issues and document actions.
- Develop and write PM and calibration procedures.
- Implement equipment modifications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Support the integration of new equipment with Engineering and Facilities.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams as needed.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and other work environment standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- ASEE Degree in Electronics/Electro or equivalent experience.
- Prior equipment support experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using hand tools, meters, and Microsoft Office software.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
