Our client has an immediate need for Maintenance Lead. This candidate will be responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic/pneumatic machinery and electrical equipment in their manufacturing facility:
Duties and Required Skills Include:
- Checking machinery and assigning repairs and upgrades to technicians as needed
- Troubleshooting and solving any machinery issues that arise in plant Scheduling team and overseeing performance
- Participating in daily meetings with other shift leaders and management
- Training of new team members Interacting with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Ensuring that all assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Working on specified projects and being accountable for completion

- One to three years’ experience
- Current OSHA forklift driving certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
