Shipping & Receiving Clerk. We are looking for someone that has shipping experience using UPS/Fedex and LTL software to schedule pickups
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Package material for shipment
- Enter shipping information into bar code labeler and apply proper label to box on a daily basis
- Prepare packing slip and Invoice in Sage Accounting Software and deliver invoices via email.
- Enter shipping information in UPS On-line system, Fedex Online, DHL or other carrier
- Ensure sufficient shipping supplies are available on a weekly basis. Inventory all supplies.
- Incoming material inspection
- Process rejected materials as necessary
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Good computer skills and prior experience with UPS/FEDEX online
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1+ years shipping receiving
- Ability to read and comprehend English
