With over 35 years of technical staffing experience and long-standing local relationships, Micro Tech Staffing Group has been a leader in technical staffing across New England and the Eastern Seaboard and trusted by hundreds of the area’s most prominent organizations as their local technical staffing vendor of choice.  We have a streamlined sales process and world-class Manufacturing, Industrial and Distribution clients.  Your merit, success and drive will help to provide the framework to gain the opportunity to make a decent living, having the ability to work with an uncapped commission structure! 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Drive new business sales and establish relationship with customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Create sales material for customers and work with Senior Management to plan, design & execute sales strategies

WHAT WE OFFER:

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience working in sales (B2B)
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business and expansion of services
  • Polished with excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and able to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Energetic and motivated with ability to work well independently and with a team
