ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within Engineering, Manufacturing & Distribution fields
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting (candidate discovery, screening, assessment, negotiation, interview coordination, follow up, final offer negotiations, and finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens and background checks, performing reference checks, etc.)

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 yrs. of previous recruiting experience
- Exceptional communication and phone skills
- Effective time management and strong organizational skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and effectively determine urgency
- Strong desire to learn
